The World Marine Partnership was founded in 2008 by Roger Barrow.
A yachtsman and Cromarty owner for many years, and shocked at the poor quality, bad service and exhorbitant prices charged in the Marine Industry, Roger was determined to find a way of providing affordable marine maintenance and intallation solutions for boat owners, support for skilled, independent marine tradesmen and provide quality boats at an affordable price.
An avid devotee of the concept of Motor Sailing as the perfect compromise between sailing and comfort, he works closely with Yacht designer  David Freeman, and Sri Lankan boat builder, Neil Marine, to bring to the UK affordable, safe, comfortable and sailable boats like the Cromarty, the Yarmouth and the New Fisher 10.

World Marine is a small family business, based in Selsey, near Chichester, and is the sole importer and UK dealer for the Cromarty 36 motor sailer, the Yarmouth 23 and 22, and the New Fisher 10 Motor sailer.  We are also the UK and European agents for Sri Lankan contract boat builder, Neil Marine.


Other marine activities include, Solent Days, day skippered charter, Solent Graphics, boat names and decals and Solent Valet, yacht care and management


Constantly seeking ways to make yachting more affordable, we aim to offer good services with unbeatable value and work with local independent marine craftsmen to provide a range of affordable marine services. We are always on the lookout for new skilled independent marine trades to work with us.
